Modified American Plans
Includes breakfast and dinner with your stay at the Alpine. This plan allows you to enjoy two meals per day in the Hof Restaurant - great food, gracious service and awesome view! Available June 18 to September 2. Adults: add $42/day or $294/week person to the rates above.Child age 7-11: add $27/day or $189/week person to the rates above. Children age 2-6: add $18/day or $126/week person to the rates above. This rate includes two meals per day and the service charge on the meals. |

All cottages and rooms have TV, A/C, heat and private bathroom. Linens and towels are furnished, daily maid service is provided, but bring your own towels for swimming. Discounted weekly rates are available. Golf Chalet Rooms have shower, whirlpool and wet bar with sink, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
Cottages are located on resort grounds and have a living room and wet bar with sink, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster, coffee make and basic utensils.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. on day of arrival.
Check-Out Time is 10 a.m. on day of departure.
The Alpine does not add gratuities for housekeepers, luggage carriers or bartenders. Please take this into consideration when planning your stay. There is a charge of $5 for each lost key.
Please note there may be minimum-stay requirements for the dates you request.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT — A 50% deposit (unless otherwise specified) is required within 7 days to hold an accommodation. Personal check or money orders only. Balance due upon arrival (See below).
CANCELLATION — A service charge of $25 per accommodation will be withheld for cancellation costs. The remainder of the deposit is refundable only if cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, 90 days for guest houses, or if accommodation is later rented for the dates reserved, less handling charge.
RESERVATION POLICY - Check your confirmation for arrival and departure dates. If the reservation is changed after arrival you will be responsible for the original reservation dates.
PLEASE NOTE – Pets, private grills, tents or campers are not permitted on resort grounds. No telephones in accommodations.
Payment for accommodation balance may be in the form of cash, personal check, travelers check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Rates subject to 5 1/2 % sales tax and 5 1/2 % room tax.
